2017 Season 1 - Starts 17 January (Tuesday) - finishes on 11 March (Saturday) 8 weeks of yoga 

2017 Season 2 - starts 20 March (Monday) - finishes on 13 May (Saturday)  8 weeks of yoga

2017 Season 3 - starts 22 May (Monday) - finishes on 15 July (Saturday)  8 weeks of yoga

2017 Season 4 - starts 31 August - finishes on 30 September (Saturday)  9 weeks of yoga

2017 Season 5 - starts 16 October (Monday) - finishes on 17 December  9 weeks of yoga

 

Feel good, be good, do good

Yoga is an ancient philosophy that combines exercise, breathing, diet, relaxation and meditation. Its major purpose is to help us understand there is a universal transformative spirit, in all of us.  You cannot practice Yoga without seeing changes in yourself, physically emotionally energetically.

In each season, you will practice poses (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation from the broad hatha tradition. Class level is for beginner to intermediate yogis - we are able to provide options for all of us in this range.We do no headstands or handstands.

At the end of the season, you will have the blueprint for a daily ritual of yoga. Choose to come to one, two or as many classes a week as you like.

The ANZA Yogis also practice karma yoga - a large part of your class fee is donated to a charity we choose as a group every season.

ANZA WanderingYogi Programs are based on a fixed season, of which we run a number throughout the year, so keep yourself posted via the Weekly Update.

Please bring along a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and a cap (in case we have direct sun).

Saturday 8.30 - 9.30am    HATHA
