Performing Arts Instructors

The International School of Performing Arts (ISPA) is looking to hire staff in a variety of part-time roles including: Performing Arts Instructors, Assistant Instructors and Venue Managers.

We would love to hear from anyone who is interested in finding out more about these roles!

Our Singapore programs include:

• International Girls Choir (IGC) – non-auditioned weekly Saturday classes for girls aged between 5 and 12 years. Focus on vocal training with some movement and theatrical activities included.
• Extra Curricular Activities (ECAs) – weekly ECAs in primary schools for boys and girls. Program offerings including performing arts, speech and drama, and dance.
• Holiday Camps – Performing Arts Holiday Camps for boys and girls aged between 5 and 12 years.

We’re an innovative, collaborative and dynamic workplace, where a shared interest in the performing arts brings together many people with unique skills from a variety of backgrounds. We work hard but have a lot of fun too! We have two of our Australian team members based in Singapore who are excited to train and mentor our local team members in their new roles.

Some of the skills and qualities we’re looking for include:

• A passion for education and desire to champion the value of Performing Arts participation.
• Instructors and Assistant Instructors – Experience in music, performing arts and/or education. Experience teaching groups of children between the ages of 5 and 12 (desired but not essential).
• Venue Managers – Interest in customer service with excellent organizational skills.
• Commitment to weekly classes during school terms as well as occasional extra rehearsals and events.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential for all roles.
