Love is in the air this February and that means food gets romantic! Sharing a Valentine’s dinner in Singapore is a surefire way to keep your love alive (and heck, it saves on cooking), so go on and treat yourselves. Whether you’re doing Valentine’s Day with your significant other, calling it ‘Galentines Day’ and heading out with girlfriends, or dating yourself (it’s a thing, you know), here’s where to enjoy special time and a fancy feast with the ones you love the most.

Sol & Ora

Head to the Med with a romantic Valentine’s dinner in Singapore at Sol and Ora. Their three-course Dinner Sharing Menu ($98++ per person) presents the best of Latin-Mediterranean cuisine and starts with a welcome glass of prosecco or rosé by the pool. Expect appetisers like Norwegian salmon tartare and freshly shucked oysters, while the main Sharing Platter comprises land and sea. You won’t fail to fall for the heart-shaped White Chocolate & Rose Mousse, with balsamic strawberries and salted caramel sauce.

Clos Pasoh

Inject some ooh-la-la into your love life this V-Day with a French feast featuring Asian flavours. The five-course menu ($128++ per person) at this contemporary French brasserie includes scallops with an airy Madras curry foam, lobster claw in a bisque of coconut, Thai basil, and kaffir lime, and roasted beef tenderloin accompanied by a rich sauce of beef consommé. Vanilla custard topped with ginger-marinated strawberries may well be the object of your affection.

Lawry’s The Prime Rib

Lawry’s is putting on a showstopping six-course Valentine’s Day dinner on 13 and 14 February (S$218 per person). The starter comprises pan-seared foie gras, slow-boiled fish consommé with grouper slices, and baked oyster with jumbo shrimp and smoked salmon, setting the bar high for the main dish. It doesn’t get much better than their signature USDA prime rib of beef compete with Yorkshire pudding and US Idaho mashed potatoes, but don’t blame us if you can’t make it to dessert. Be Mine red velvet cake or Blue Lagoon vanilla sponge cake with edible rose will be hard to resist …

*Book before 9 February and guests will have their names personalised on the menus to take home as a keepsake.

Farrer Horse

Farrer Horse is a new concept restaurant making a culinary tribute to the racecourse that used to stand near its location. Don’t worry – hay is not on the menu for a Valentine’s Day dinner – rather, Smoked Norwegian Salmon Rillette, Smoked Pepper Duck Breast and Fresh Red Snapper topped with a refreshing mango salad top the menu (set menu for two S$98++). Available on 13 Feb and 14 Feb 2023, make sure to leave space for the upside-down Banana Cake which will end your day just sweet enough.

It doesn’t get more romantic than the beauty and serenity at Fort Canning. Add to this their 4-course V-Day dinner taking place from 11 – 14 February (S$168++ per couple) at Fort Canning’s The Salon, and hearts will be a-beating.  Start with an amuse bouche duo of Beetroot Tartlet, Wild Scallop and Lobster Broth, follow with Angus Beef Tenderloin and Sea Bream, and save space for White Chocolate Mousse with strawberry salad. After that, the night is still young …

Osteria Mozza

This V-Day four-course set dinner takes place amid the sultry yet snuggly interior of celebrity chef Nancy Silverton’s Osteria Mozza.
